Overview
This section applies to those who own their own land or who wish to build a custom home.
Not everyone wants to live in a planned development, so if you are one of those homebuyers, our custom building program was designed with you in mind.
We are often approached about building one of our homes on a customer's own lot or by those who want to build a custom home with their own plans. Others do not own land yet and would appreciate help in locating a lot outside of our LSSH communities that has suitable attributes for building their dream home.
If you choose us as your custom homebuilder, we would gladly assist you, at no charge, in finding a lot or in evaluating your property on its attributes as a good building site.
Geographically, we build within several coastal counties, especially Effingham, Bryan, Bulloch, Evans, Tattnall, Liberty, McIntosh, and Glynn. Discuss your situation with us, and let us price one of our homes on your land, or ask us to help you locate land that would be suitable for building and your needs.
