We believe that Customer Care is a committed relationship we form with our home buyers even before they sign a contract to build one of our homes. It begins with our New Home Consultants' commitment to help you find the perfect home plan that fits your lifestyle and needs. That relationship will continue through construction, closing, and the entire first year of home ownership.
Your Consultant will help you make your exterior and interior selections and stay in close touch with you as the building process unfolds. Please see our step-by-step guides in our Homebuyers Toolkit. When time for closing draws near, your Consultant will ensure everything happens in a timely fashion to produce a smooth closing for both parties.
For the first year after you move in, there are two major warranty resolution points: a 30-day warranty visit, and a 11-month warranty visit. Our Warranty Coordinator will assist you with any questions or issues that might arise. When making a warranty request or service request, please use the online form provided in this section or you may fax or e-mail the one provided in your Orientation Manual.
