Richmond Reserve is projected to become one of Coastal Georgia's largest master planned communities and is located in the beautiful, historic city of Richmond Hill. Comprised of 1,100 acres with 300 of those acres preserved as green space, Richmond Reserve will feature homes and price points amenable to a wide cross section of homebuyers. The development will have over 2,200 homes ranging from single family dwellings and townhomes to duplexes, condominiums, and apartments.

Current plans include an elementary school site, a huge amenity site for the entire community's use, and a shopping complex that will provide all the basic services and supplies families would need. Part of the Lamar Smith "signature" are sidewalks, streetlights, walking trails, parks, recreation areas, and a street tree program that will allow the community to age beautifully as the trees form a canopy over the neighborhood streets and provide inviting wooded groves throughout.
