Our Customer Care provides a coordinator who serves as liaison between the homebuyer and the builder from the signing of the contract to one year after closing and move-in date. The coordinator will assist homebuyers with choosing paint, flooring, cabinets and countertops, lighting, and any upgrade options that the homebuyer may elect to include in the purchase agreement.

The coordinator will stay in touch with the homebuyer as the building process unfolds. See the step-by-step building process by clicking here. When time for closing draws near, the coordinator will ensure everything happens in a timely fashion to produce a smooth closing for both parties.

For the first year after move-in, our Customer Care coordinator will assist you with any questions or issues that might arise.
