If you buy or contract to build a new home from Lamar Smith Signature Homes by July 31st, you have $10,000 to use as you wish for upgrades, optional features for the home, perhaps a fence, screened porch, larger patio, lot premiums, and/or closing costs. Only restriction is that it cannot be used with any other promotion, discount, or special incentives.
